10 KHS members volunteered to open their gardens yesterday, and we received a good attendance at all 10 of the gardens throughout the day. We are pleased to announce that over £4000 was raised by entrance ticket sales, refreshments, cake etc for the 2 local charities selected this year, which were Acorns Childrens Hospice and Forest Dog Rescue Centre. A big thank you to all that attended, allowing us to raise such a great sum for two great local charities.

Today we raised £580 in plant sales, plus £110 in a raffle. Kemp Hospice then raised another £270 in refreshments and book sales etc. The total for the day was £960, which was comparable to the previous year.
Thank you to all that attended to help raise money for this local worthwhile charity.
