We currently have around 400+ members in our society with room for more. We are a very friendly gardening club and welcome new members to join us.

 

We hold a Summer Show in July and an Annual 2 Day Show in September.

 

Our Garden Open Day over the years, raised around £100,000.00 for charities and worthwhile causes. Some of our hard working gardeners also generously made and sold cakes, teas, plant cuttings and trays of bedding plants as well as other surprise activities and raffles in order to swell the funds for the charities.

The Society has also had considerable success showing window boxes and hanging baskets at both Chelsea and Malvern. At Malvern in 1992 we were awarded a Silver Gilt medal followed the next year by a Silver. At Chelsea, in 1999, we won a bronze medal only slightly down on our best effort in 1997 when we won a coveted Silver.
